Many of our digital display water coolers come with the ability to adjust temperature. Please refer to the manual for instructions on how to adjust the temperatures. For our regular water coolers there is a thermostat switch at the back of the water cooler. This can be reached using a flat head screwdriver. Temperature must be adjusted very delicately as too hard to turn in either direction can break the thermostat, which will void the warranty. So if you wish to adjust the temperature, I suggest you do so very carefully. The temperature is preset at the factory to an optimum temperature.
