Why These Water Coolers Are So Much More Popular Than Others

The number one thing people want in a water cooler is cold water. Refrigerators chill food, milk, juice and water to 39F or less in order to inhibit bacteria growth. So people are used to drinking beverages at this temperature.

The problem with most water coolers, is they're made to chill water to 50F. That's the industry standard for water dispensers.

However, there's a big difference in taste between these two temperatures. The reason people like ice in their drinks is because really cold water simply tastes better. And most water coolers produce water 1/2 way from freezing to room temperature.

What's even worse is that 95% of coolers aren't built for heavy use. So if 3 or 4 cups of water are poured within 15 minutes or so, the water temperature jumps up to about 65F. At this temperature, the water tastes like it's been sitting on the counter for a few hours.

We use a patented Ice Chill technology that forms a huge ring of ice in the cold tank. The water becomes very cold, the same way it does when you put ice in your glass.

Three bestselling brands were tested against our bottled water dispenser, and we found that the temperature started off at an average of 12F colder than the others.

But as water was taken out of the cooler, the temperature difference increased dramatically. So that after about 4 or 5 cups, the temperature difference was an average of 24F colder.

This makes a huge difference in taste. The whole reason people buy a water cooler is to get cold water. Our Ice Chill technology makes sure that the water is not only ice cold, but that it maintains that temperature. So that everyone in the family, or at the office gets to have a cold glass of water. Not just the first person who pours a cup.

What's the point in buying a water cooler, when it doesn't make the water cold? This is perhaps the number one complaint that I've heard about water coolers in general. And because of this reason, we designed the ice chill feature.

A second advantage to having such cold water is that bacteria growth is severely inhibited by the huge piece of ice in the water dispenser. Like I mentioned before, refrigerators are set to 39F or colder, since most bacteria can't replicate at that temperature.

When our cooler is not in use, the temperature is maintained at 35F, which is far lower than bacteria can multiply at. Most others coolers maintain their water at about 47F, which is way to warm to stop bacteria from growing.

“We brought into house one of their units and we bench tested it. And we’ve found that the components used in their manufacturing process to be better than any cooler than we had used in the past. Now we had noted both the parts and the construction were superior to all of our previous coolers. And some of our customers had commented on the increased water flow from the spigots as well as the consistently chilled water supply.”

The major cooler problem offices face... Solved! Most coolers aren’t made to supply offices. They quickly run out of cold water when two or three people use the coolers in a row.

Recently, three top name brands from the retail stores were tested against our cooler. They all used standard cooling technology, so performed similarly.

16 oz cups of water were drawn every 3 minutes for 60 minutes (20 draws). By the second cup, the temperatures of the other brands were already above 50°F (57°F, 54°F and 54°F). Whereas ours was at an ice cold 37°F.

Ours in fact was able to maintain a temperature beneath 50°F for an entire hour. Most of the time it was between 43°F and 45°F. The others were almost at room temperature by the fourth cup (66°F, 68°F and 63°F)

Put in another way, the three competitors were able to produce 2 standard 8 oz cups of water below 50°F in one hour. Whereas we were able to produce 40 standard 8 oz cups. Based on this test, it can be said that we produce 20 times as many cups below 50°F within an hour.

By the fourth 16 oz draw, they were basically drinking warm bottle water. While ours kept going strong. This is a powerful advantage when selling to anyone, especially offices. Explain the poor performance of regular coolers, and the ever-cold feature of our coolers and you’ll do well with your sales.

Our ice chill technology forms an ice block in the cooler. It not only keeps the water cold, but allows it to chill 20 times as much cold water. Which is more than enough to supply the big offices.

One of the biggest disappointments people have when they buy a hot and cold water cooler is when the water is lukewarm instead of hot.

It's a very common problem because the basic hot water technology is inefficiently designed. Right after the hot water tank warms up, the water can get very hot. But then over the next 10, 20 minutes, the temperature slowly drops until the thermostat is triggered, and the hot water tank starts heating up again.

We tested a hot water tank that dropped almost 50F before starting to heat up again. At that temperature, the water is not steaming, and you can stick your finger in the water without getting burned. Forget making instant noodles, tea, or any other hot drink.

We've developed a patented hot water tank system that keeps the water steaming hot all the time. There's no temperature "drop down" periods. You can make tea without worrying that you're going to waste a teabag because the water's not hot enough.

Our water dispensers produce the hottest "overall" water out of any other water coolers. There may be some that peak at a higher temperature, but then they drop really low in temperature, so their average is much lower than ours.

Since our water temperature varies minimally the average temperature maintained is much higher than any other cooler.

Most people already know about and are frustrated by the lack of consistently hot water in water dispensers. So this is a perfect solution.

This water cooler has a 5 year “no loophole” warranty. If the cooler stops cooling, or heating within the 5 year period, we’ll repair or replace it. Poor quality products rarely give more than a 1 year guarantee. The 5 years is proof of our quality.

We have a design engineer whose job it is to make beautiful and timeless cooler designs.

Not only is the Vail elegantly tall, slender with classic lines, but we also have the cooler available in white, black, and with a stainless steel paint coating. Side by side testing shows that the stainless paint color sells the fastest. One client reports selling 10 Silver to every white.

“They love the looks of the stainless steel. Because when you buy a refrigerator or a stove that’s stainless steel, that’s money right?... but they love the looks of it, because of the fact that it looks stainless steel. It looks higher end. They look at the white one and look at the silver one, and it’s not even a question in their minds.”
-- Tim Gray, Clear Choice Water Co., Prince George, BC

“I’m a small bottled water business, however your water coolers have helped to increase my business due to the quality of your product and the service your staff offers. On my last order there were three metallic silver coolers. 2 sold the first day, and the third was sold within a week.”
-- Jay McLane, AquaSafe Bottled Water, Lethbridge, AB

Once people use this feature, they get sick of other coolers. Our water gushes out of our faucets at a speed 3 to 4 times faster than normal. We fill a glass in about 4 seconds. It feels like you’re opening a sink faucet, not the usual slow low pressure dribble that comes out of coolers. You'll love this feature because it saves you precious time.

This cooler is packed with patented overproducing features. The cold water function alone is liking having ten coolers packed into one. The steaming hot water at all times feature makes this the only hot water dispensing water cooler to buy. That along with all the other features like the high speed water pouring makes this the best all around cooler to buy, next to our Elite coolers.

Naturally having all these features, the coolers are priced higher than those you'd find at the big retail stores.

But even if you pay more in the beginning, that money comes back to you within a few years of use. These coolers are the most energy efficient on the market.

The reason is our ice ring technology. Once there's a huge piece of ice frozen in the cold tank, the water cooler doesn't turn on as much as others. In fact it turns on about 30 times less than most.

The hot tank is also specially designed to be incredibly energy efficient, while still producing the overall hottest water on the market.

Our coolers are so energy efficient, that compared to a regular hot cold water cooler, they save about $93.12 to $160.22 a year or more in electricity depending on energy costs, and usage. That means after just a year or two of use the cooler pays for itself. After that, you're savings hundreds, even thousands over the entire lifespan of the coolers. That's if energy costs don't continue rising!
