Extended Warranties

We don't ship you anything when you purchase an extended warranty. We file your information into our system. So if you call with a service need, we can access your record.

Physical Items

Preparing Shipments

In general, we ship products within 24 to 72 hours during business days. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. We use UPS, Fedex and DHL to do our shipping.

Shipment Time

Shipping of physical items depends on your location. The actual shipping can be as fast as next day, or take up to 7 days in Canada, after we have prepared the shipment to go out.

US Shipment Time

If we ship from our US warehouses, ship time will be as fast as next day, or up to 7 days from the day we prepare the shipment to go out.

If we ship from Canada to the US, shipments can be delayed up to two weeks by customs, but usually go through much faster. So in general, shipments from Canada to the US can be as fast as two days, up to seven days depending on how far away you are located. Unless the product gets stuck in customs, which is not common.
